Keynote Speakers 1:Dr. Xizhong An
Institute of Particle Technology, Northeastern University, China
Dr. Xizhong An received his Ph.D degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2002 and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the University of New South Wales, Australia from 2003-2005. Currently he is the full professor and director of Institute of Particle Technology in School of Metallurgy, Northeastern University. Prof. An’s research interests include numerical and physical studies on particle packing, powder processing, granular matter, powder metallurgy, additive manufacturing, material design and optimization, etc. In recent years, he has undertaken more than 30 projects from overseas, Chinese government, local government, and enterprises. More than 140 papers were published, including one book chapter and >100 SCI journal papers. 24 patents were authorized. More than 20 plenary/keynote/invited presentations were given in international conferences. He has been the member of editorial board for many domestic and international journals and the director of many academic organizations.

Keynote Speakers 2:Dr. Shuanghong Wu
School of Optoelectronic Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China
Dr. Shuanghong Wu received her Ph.D in Condensed Matter Physics from Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011. After postdoctoral research for following two years in Organic Electronics at City University of Hong Kong and Kyushu University, she joined University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2013. She has published more than 70 papers in international academic journals, applied for 20 patents for inventions, and participated in one chapter of "Outlook and Challenges of Nano Devices, Sensors, and MEMS". She has participated in the research projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Key R&D Program of China and so on. Now her research interests focus on organic functional materials and nanostructured materials for high efficient optoelectronic devices and sensors.

Keynote Speakers 3:Dr. Mark J. Jackson
Kansas State University, USA
Doctor Mark James Jackson is the McCune and Middlekauff Endowed Professor and University Faculty Fellow at Kansas State University. Dr. Jackson also conducts teaching and research in the area of naval architecture. In 2002, he became associate professor of mechanical engineering and faculty associate in the Centre for Manufacturing Research, Centre for Electric Power, and Centre for Water Resources and Utilization at Tennessee Technological University and a faculty associate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. In 2015 and 2020, Dr. Jackson was awarded the Certificate and Diploma in Naval Architecture from the Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, London, UK. He also conducts work on aspects of laser welding and deposition of thick film coatings in the shipbuilding process.

Keynote Speakers 4:Dr. Guohua Xie
Wuhan University, China
Dr. Guohua Xie obtained his Ph.D. degree from Jilin University (China) in 2011. From August 2011, Dr. Xie carried out his postdoctoral research at TU Dresden (Germany), sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. From January 2013 to January 2015, Dr. Xie worked for an interdisciplinary project funded by Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC, UK) at the Organic Semiconductor Center of the University of St Andrews. Since January 2015, he has serving as an associate professor at the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences of Wuhan University (China). Dr. Xie gained extensive experience in the interdisciplinary research of materials and physics of organic optoelectronics. He has coauthored over 140 peer-reviewed publications.

Keynote Speakers 5:Dr. Norhayati Zakuan
Business Administration Department, Azman Hashim International Business School, UTM
Dr. Norhayati Zakuan is a Director of Business Administration Department, Azman Hashim International Business School, UTM. She obtained her first degree in Mechanical Engineering from UniversitiTeknologi Malaysia, MSc in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom and PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Quality) from UniversitiTeknologi Malaysia. She is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Engineering Malaysia (IEM) and Member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). She has more than 15 year’s industrial experience before joining UTM. After graduating from her first degree, she spent 12 years in Mitsubishi Electric Malaysia as a Senior Mechanical and Quality Manager. Then, she joined COLAB Printing Ltd., United Kingdom for three years as a Technical Specialist before pursuing her master’s degree.  She had published more than 100 journal papers in WOS and SCOPUS index publication. Her current research interests are Quality Engineering and Management, Performance Measurement, Sustainable Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Risk Management and Supply Chain Management.
