4. Due to the COVID-19 situation and travel restrictions, ICMSE2021 will be converted into a virtual conference, which will be held via online meeting. 第九届ICMSE2021将采用线上会议形式召开。
Introduction
The 9th Annual International Conference on Material Science and Engineering (ICMSE2021) will be held in Guiyang, Guizhou, China at July 23-25, 2021. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Material Science and Engineering. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Publication
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere.
Papers will be published by Trans Tech Publications (TTP publishing) and submit to EI, CPCI and Scopus for indexing. TTP publishing is a publisher specialized in materials and mechanics. The press has series of EI, Scopus journals.

Format and Template
1. All submissions must not be less than 6 pages.
2. Authors are invited to submit full, original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered for publication in any other forum.
3. Manuscripts should be submitted in Word/PDF format.
